Hello hello.
I've been absent for a while (not that it's the slightest bit surprising since I was once absent for 6 months). Anyway, it's been a week plus since spring break. Spring break was awesome considering we had only a week to get some rest (No, a week is never enough for a uni student). I wouldn't say my spring break was relaxing to be exact because I had friends from Melbourne coming over and we, me and my roomie, had to host them. As a silent agreement (silent because I never agreed to it and no one voiced it, but it just became my job) I'm the human GPS and so I had to navigate the group around Brisbane. Not that it's much to complain about since everyone else is practically useless with the map hahahaha okay, I'm kidding, they're just lazy to do it hahaha okay kidding again (no, actually not really, guys don't kill me if you read this).
So for that week we went to Mount Coot-Tha, South Bank, City and also the Gold Coast. In GC we stayed over at a backpackers' place in Surfer's Paradise. We paid a about $47 each for the two nights stay (considered okay I think, since we booked at the very last minute and the location was awesome).
Went to Harbour Town, Movieworld and Wet n Wild. We also found The Coffee Club in Surfers which serves halal meat. Go Coffee Club!
